Learning And Development Coach

Salary: £30,000 to £32,000 per annumLocation: Based at our office in Harlow, Essex.

What you’ll be doing:

At the Motability Foundation, we have a team of Coaches that play a vital part in ensuring a truly excellent beneficiary experience is delivered. Working closely with our Team Managers and beneficiary-facing colleagues, you will ensure that that through our rigorous Quality Assurance programme call quality is of a high standard.

You will organise structured coaching sessions to develop colleague’s skills and capabilities in order to perform at their very best whilst completing random quality assessments and supporting the training team by coaching new employees joining the Motability Foundation.

About you:

We are seeking an energetic and engaging individual with a passion to develop people and support them in providing a first class beneficiary experience. You will have previous experience in conducting coaching within a business environment, preferably in a customer service or contact centre setting. You will have a ‘can do’ attitude with exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively question and actively listen.

Must haves:

• Previous experience of conducting coaching in a business environment, preferably within a customer service or contact centre environment.
• Previous experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control or the use of Quality Frameworks.
• A ‘can do’ attitude and the desire to succeed.
• A clear understanding of the difference between Coaching and Training.
• Exceptional communication skills both oral and written, with the ability to effectively question and actively listen.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to effectively plan.
• The ability to manage complex workloads and priorities.
• The ability to cope in a fast paced environment where priorities may change at short notice.
  

Nice to haves:

• Knowledge of the GROW Coaching model.
• Experience of designing and delivering Learning and Development solutions within a beneficiary service environment.
• Experience of working with vulnerable customer groups.

Motability Foundation

At Motability Foundation we fund, support, research and innovate so that all disabled people can make the journeys they choose. We oversee the Motability Foundation Scheme and provide grants to help people use it, providing access to transport to hundreds of thousands of people a year.
