Group Learning & Development Facilitator
Our client is looking to recruit a vibrant and dynamic individual to support our People & Culture team in the role of Learning & Development Facilitator.
As Learning & Development Facilitator you will provide practical and responsive support through a range of administrative activities. You will be involved in identifying training needs across the group along with suitable solutions and training options. You will also be responsible for co-ordinating e-learning across the group, ensuring all training is complete and up to date. You will also deliver training to employees such as First Aid, Mental Health First Aid and other business relevant training.
What you can offer
- Previous experience in a Learning & Development/training role
- Confident with IT (Proficient in the use of Excel)
- A genuine interest in developing others
- Experience delivering training would be advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment responding positively to change
- Excellent problem-solving skill with the ability to think creatively when required
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
