Salary £32,000 per annum
Hours per week: 35 hours per week
Shift Details: Usual working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
Location: Remote working with occasional travel to Group Support Centre in Northampton as per the business needs.

We are seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our friendly, award-winning team as Learning and Development LMS Super User.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Your focus as Learning and Development LMS Super User will be to lead the administration infrastructure for the LMS, including admin process and reporting.
You will be the L&D Super User for the department, working closely with IT system architects to ensure system functionality is optimised, sustainable and grows with the learning agenda required to deliver exceptional care.
Other responsibilities include:
- Ensure all learning is administrated within the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Developing the skills of others through delivering training on both the LMS and administration.
- To design a range of L&D reports to support managers to evidence, track and celebrate Learning and Development activity.
- To provide mentorship and support for those administering L&D activity across the organisation.
