Job Description
An Learning and Development Manager to:
- Lead the L&D function from training needs analysis through to designing and facilitating training programs
- Leading on learning initiatives
- Support managers in career pathways and overall upskilling capability in the organisation
- Lead on organisational development programs, including
- Design and implement an L&D strategy
- Lead on the employee engagement survey and identify key initiatives to deliver
- Implement a variety of projects such as: culture and change programs
- Effectively on board, induct and develop employees
- Support on the implementation of a new LMS
- Support well-being and engagement initiatives
- Organise staff away days and events
- Review and improve the current employee appraisal process
- Alongside the HRIS Manager, lead the implementation of the Core HR Talent Management module (includes online appraisals)
- Deliver and facilitate training where required
The Successful Applicant
An Learning and Development Manager with:
- Experience of designing and delivering training programs
- Experience of implementing an LMS desirable
- A passion around upskilling capability and increasing engagement
