Job description

The OpportunityDue to exponential planned growth over 2024, we are looking for a Learning and Development Partner to join our central Learning and Development Team on this exciting journey. This role is responsible for driving the central Learning and Development agenda across Diligenta to optimise colleague growth and support the achievement of the People Function's strategic objectives.Responsible for the design and delivery of scalable and sustainable Learning and Development solutions that span the employee life cycle and align with our business and people strategy, underpinning our culture and values, and supporting our employees to develop key skills for their future.You'll be:Designing and delivering leadership and management development programmes that improve management capability and facilitate future skills readiness.Leading companywide learning initiatives to support delivery of the company's Target Operating Model and facilitate improved organisational performance with quantifiable, value add outcomes.Partnering and working collaboratively with Business Leads and key stakeholders to create scalable Learning and Development solutions that facilitate improved organisational performance.Designing and developing cost-effective, multi-modal Learning and Development solutions, and maximising use of the Apprenticeship Levy to create cross functional growth opportunities.Providing Learning and Development expertise and delivering bespoke training solutions to business leads, key stakeholders, and People Function's Centres of Excellence, ensuring risks are identified and appropriate mitigation controls are in place.You should apply if you have:Proven experience in creating high performing teams, enhancing organisational capability, and building a continuous learning culture across complex, regulated, multi-site organisations.Exceptional communication and influencing skills and a proven ability to build excellent working relationships at all levels within an organisation.Significant experience in designing, developing and implementing of scalable, sustainable, multi-modal Learning and Development solutions.Ability to work at both strategic and operational levels with experience creating and delivering leadership and team programmes.Strong analytical skills with the ability to utilise management information to gain insights and formulate solutions.The Perks25 days holidays + public holidays.Discretionary annual bonus.Company pension scheme membership.Access to our Confidential Helpline is available to be used by you and your family.Develop your career through a wider global organisation of the TCS family.
