Pay – £70 – 100 per day

I am seeking a Behaviour Mentor, for a school in Slough, where you’ll be playing a crucial role in supporting and guiding primary school pupils with challenging behaviours, fostering an environment to support their academic and personal growth.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting pupils individually to manage specific behavioural problems.
- Interventions to promote a positive and inclusive environment.
- Implement reinforcement techniques to encourage and celebrate improvements in behaviour.
Qualifications / Experience:
- Previous experience within similar roles.
- Strong understanding of behavioural management.
