This is an exciting opportunity to join our team in the beautiful location of St Ives West Cornwall!
You’ll have proven experience of managing Learning programmes in an education, art gallery or museum setting, as well as an understanding of collaborative and partnership working and of current issues in the sectors of children, families and Young People. You’ll be educated to degree level in art, education or a related subject or be able to demonstrate the equivalent level of knowledge and thinking ability gained through experience, with a strong and broad network relevant to that field, as well as knowledge of the academic and research sectors.
Your excellent interpersonal skills mean that you can deal effectively and confidently at all levels and act as a role model for Tate values across the organisation, leading and inspiring a small team. You’ll also have a proactive approach to promoting the principles of equality, diversity and inclusion and be able to show evidence of having incorporated these strategies into your working practices. Above all, you’ll have a collaborative approach to team working in a busy environment, with superb organisational, budget planning and business skills.
