Learning Design Support

Learning Design Support, Chester, 12-month FTC, £26,000 - £28,500, Hybrid Working.
I am delighted to be supporting our client who is looking for an E-Learning/Design Support for a 12-month fixed term contract.
This role offers hybrid working with the expectation of being in the office approximately 2 days per week. Working in a collaborative, friendly and fun environment, as Learning Design Support you will support the inhouse Learning and Development team. Essentially you must be able to drive as some travel across the UK is required.
Reporting into the Digital Learning Design Manager you will support the team that is responsible for bringing to life the digital learning offering that helps develop their internal teams. You will contribute to the concept, design, build, evaluation, and specialist support of any learning elements as required by the team. Some key responsibilities include:

• Provide solutions at initial scoping stage of any learning concepts
• Apply agreed design and branding principles to create any learning solutions
• Use the software creatively to produce engaging learning solutions
• Carry out robust user testing, providing feedback to the Digital Learning Design Manager and implementing any agreed improvements
• Undertake general duties to support the L&D team as required
• Monitors the feedback and customer experience of the learning solutions, providing a first-class service and collates suggested improvements for the Digital Learning Design Manager, taking any action where required

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar E-Learning Design role with experience of using a variety of platforms and methods to design and creative effective E-learning materials. You will be self-sufficient, able to prioritise your own workload and work to specific timescales and objectives.
