Job description

Temporary for 3 years

The post holder will be involved in the development of Trauma Informed Practice to ensure that it is embedded into the workforce to improve the experience and support that those who have been impacted by trauma receive. The L&D Adviser Post will have a specific remit in relation to embedding trauma informed practice and knowledge. This will come from the roll out of Trauma Informed Training and through support to teams to implement trauma informed team analysis and improvement plans.
