Working for a large manufacturing company in the Torbay area.
This role is initially for 3 months. However, the role will eventually be advertised as permanent, and they would encourage the person in the interim role to apply.
Salary based on experience is £35,000 - £45,000 and the role is full time Monday - Friday standard office hours.
Hybrid working - please note you must live locally - this role is NOT 100% REMOTE.
Your new role
- Partnering with senior managers and their teams to diagnose, develop and implement strategic L&D initiatives that support our overall People Plan and HR strategy
- Using data to report on any L&D initiatives.
- Design and deliver engaging and interactive training programs, workshops, and resources.
- Facilitate training sessions for employees at all levels
- Provide coaching and support to managers and team leaders in implementing learning and development initiatives within their teams.
- Collaborate with other business areas, to ensure alignment of training efforts with organisational goals and objectives.
- Ensuring all training records are accurate and updated in real time.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in an L&D role
- Demonstrable experience of developing and implementing L&D strategies
- Strategic thinker with the ability to understand how L&D impacts on wider business strategy.
- Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels.
- CIPD L&D, ILM Coaching or any other relevant qualification would be highly desirable.
