About the team

Our Business Services Team (BST) comprises creative, strategic, forward-thinking business enablers. Together, the People & Culture, Marketing & Communications, IT, Operations, Finance and Quality & Risk Management teams make it their mission to ensure Mazars has the right tools, technology, strategies and services to deliver exceptional client service and future-proof our growing business.

The primary aim of the Learning and Development department is to deliver quality learning and development in a well-coordinated way that will have a positive impact of career development and performance.

About the role 

• As part of the Learning & Development team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running and implementation of training and development for all trainees and employees
• Supporting with all administrative activities for internal and external training programmes within the firm's professional and technical development offering
• Collaboration with the wider Learning & Development Team and Business Subject Matter Experts to understand scheduling and resourcing requirements
• Working with the learning design team to ensure the correct information is available for learners to understand the learning interventions e.g., brochures, infographics etc.
• You'll also act as the point of contact for all learners

• Experience in a similar or administrative role
• Excellent Microsoft Office and IT skills
• High attention to detail, with accurate record keeping skills
• Proactive and continuously identify areas of improvement, coming up with new ideas and suggestions
• Flexibility and the ability to respond to changing priorities
