Learning & Development Manager
London
Part time- 3 days a week
We are partnered with a thriving recruitment company based out of the City of London, who are looking for a Learning & Development Manager to drive performance in 2024. They have seen instrumental growth over the past 12 months, with even further exciting projects across the US & UK this year.
This opportunity would give you incredible autonomy to implement your own ideas, and work with senior stakeholders in the company to work on the L&D strategy.
What you will receive
- Base salary £50,000-£60,000 (Pro rata)
- 10% Bonus paid quarterly
- 25 holiday + BH
- 3 day working week (Likely to increase in preferred)
What you will be doing on a day to day basis
- Training all new AC's focusing on candidate and job management
- Analyse on performance on new starters program, and develop if necessary
- Work with managers on leadership coaching, support new leaders growing their team
- Design and deliver a training program for senior consultants (non- managers)
- Hold lunch and learns along with 121 training sessions
- Work with key stakeholders in the business to design and drive the Learning & Development strategy

What you will need to have
- Learning & Development experience within staffing sector is essential
- Leadership/ management coaching is refereed, along with junior and academy coaching
- Management experience is desired
- Strong communication skills
- Hands on desk coaching is required
