Job Role
We are looking for someone to join our HR team as a Learning & Development Partner to support the growth of our people through a period of organisational growth and government led regulatory changes. You'll be joining a professional team of enablers, trusted challengers, and experts in our areas of responsibility. The role requires a blend of operational, tactical, and strategic contribution and you will be required to design, develop, and evaluate effective learning programmes, collaborate with stakeholders to support talent management and succession planning within a regulated environment. Your expertise will inform the wider HR strategy.

Location
This role will be based in our Sevenoaks office. We offer a flexible approach to hybrid working with most full-time employees working in the office two days a week.
