About the job

We are looking for a professional Learning & Development Specialist to join our Human Resources department.

You will be part of a friendly and inclusive team in a progressive firm with ambitious growth plans. This is a really exciting role which will allow you to design and manage the delivery of a flexible programme of blended learning that enables the firm to evolve and develop, attract, develop and retain talent by embedding learning and development at all levels.

This is a part time role requiring 3 to 3.5 days per week. The Firm offers hybrid working.

About your experience

You will have specialist expertise in Learning & Development work, gained through at least five years of experience, preferably working within the professional services sector. This should include experience of developing and delivering training and setting up coaching and mentoring programmes.

Knowledge of different learning methods and technologies would also be beneficial, as is an insight into learning psychology and a wide network of L&D contacts and suppliers.
