Learning Disability Liaison Nurse Band 5

Knowledge of local and national health initiatives that focus on the health of people who have a Learning Disability is a key requirement of this job. Additionally, a sound knowledge and understanding of physical health conditions which affect the Learning Disability population is essential. You will work alongside a Lead Liaison Learning Disability Nurse as well as alongside members of the wider multidisciplinary clinical team.
