Job description

This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working – some time on campus and some from home. This new full-time post is available immediately on a fixed term basis until 31 December 2025. Summary of the role This is a fantastic opportunity to join Learning Experiences & Innovation (LXI) is the ‘go-to’ service across the Exeter learning community in uplifting our students, academics, staff, and partners to co-create a distinctive learning experience where every learner thrives. Working as part of an established project team you will focus on delivering and evaluating a sustainable model for Student Academic Support that brings together academic and professional services colleagues to work collaboratively to realise improvements in student satisfaction, engagement, progression and outcomes and ensures students have the support they need to thrive in their studies.  As required, the post holder will also work closely with the Head of Learning Piloting and Scaling to deliver and evaluate sector-leading pilots for educational tools, products, systems, frameworks, and processes and facilitate the evolution from pilot to scaled BAU implementation.  This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to draw on their knowledge and experience of managing successful education projects to enhance the student experience at Exeter.
