The company is developing and needs a Part Time Administrator to join the Learning Support Function.
Working closely with others in the Learning Support department, you will thrive in a team environment where your skills will contribute to the best possible Learning Support experience.
The Role:
- Support with Learning Support (LS) timetabling
- Access arrangements, administration & liaison with Awarding Organisations
- Maintain systems for LS data capture & reporting
- Support LS tutors/coordinator by liaising with Training Managers, military staff and LS students to maximise attendance at appointments and effective LS information flow
- Maintaining stocks of LS assessment material and supplying resources to training teams for assessments
- Maintaining LS digital and hard copy filing systems, archiving & disposal
- A commitment to working flexibly to meet RSME, MKC Training s and wider customer requirements. This may involve some hybrid working activities and remote work outside core hours (but within (Apply online only .
Learning Support Administrator Essential Requirements:
- GCSE English and Maths (A-C grade) or equivalent standard qualification
- Microsoft Office Applications, particularly Excel, but also Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Good communication skills and confidence liaising with team colleagues, wider MKC Training staff and trainees
- A flexible approach to work with colleagues at a range of levels and be adaptable to learner and tutor requirements
- Ability to follow written procedures to carry out tasks
- Awareness of and compliance with data protection issues
- Articulate with a good standard of oral and written English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
