An SEN School in Surbiton is seeking passionate Learning Support Assistants to join their team. You will provide 1:1 support to a student in Key Stage 3 in order to ensure that they are able to make maximum educational progress within the classroom.
You should ideally have experience working with children with Special Education Needs and a good understanding of Autism and mental health. No qualifications are required however, relevant qualifications would be desirable.
Ideal candidates should be able to demonstrate patience and understanding towards the students and their needs. You will be required to consistently monitor progress and engage in proactive teaching that meets the learning requirements of the student.
