Salary: £76 - £86 per day

TeacherActive is excited to be working with a mainstream Primary School based in Bristol, who are looking for a general Learning Support Assistant. Taking on an inclusive and proactive approach to learning and development has earnt the school a ‘GOOD’ OFSTED rating.

The school is looking for a knowledgeable and resilient Learning Support Assistant on a short or long term basis, with the possibility of a permanent position for the suitable person. The successful applicant will ideally have experience working in a 1 to 1 capacity, supporting students with additional needs, as well as providing wider classroom support. This role is key to enabling students have the opportunity learn in an inclusive and supportive educational environment.

The successful Learning Support Assistant will have:

• A level 2 or 3 in a relevant subject.
• Experience of supporting students on a 121 basis.
• An inclusive and proactive approach to student learning and development.
• A caring and nurturing personality
