What Are The Responsibilities of a Learning Support Assistant? Collaborate with teachers to create a positive and engaging learning environment. Assist with classroom management and maintaining discipline. Support individual students or small groups with their academic tasks. Help in the preparation of teaching materials and resources. Provide feedback to teachers regarding student's progress and behaviour. Supervise students during breaks, lunchtime, and on field trips. What Are The Benefits of Being A Learning Support Assistant?
