Are you passionate about supporting children's learning and development? The Supply Room is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to join our team in Kingsbury, working across various year groups in both KS1 and KS2.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group support to pupils across different year groups, assisting them with their learning and development.
- Work collaboratively with classroom teachers to implement differentiated learning activities and support strategies.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels supported and valued.
- Use your initiative to identify and address the individual needs of pupils, adapting support strategies as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCSE English or Maths at Grade C or above.
- Previous experience working with children is essential.
- Confidence to use your own initiative and adapt support strategies to meet the needs of individual pupils.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and other support staff.
