St Paul’s Way Primary School is seeking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant. This post is suitable for someone who is passionate about supporting all learners to achieve their full potential.
The Primary Phase of the school opened in September 2014 and has moved into brand-new purpose-built accommodation. The school has grown each year, as a result, extending its teaching team each year.
We are seeking a motivated and talented Learning Support Assistant who is excited about the opportunity to come and work in a dynamic and innovative organisation at St Pauls Way Primary School. We are looking for someone that wants to work closely with the class teacher, under the direction of the Assistant Headteacher and SENCO to provide high quality adaptive support.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their own career, benefiting from a high quality bespoke CPD offer that is provided for all Learning Support Assistants.
You will be someone with a passion for education, with either experience of working in a school supporting learning or at the beginning of your career in education.
We welcome visits to the school, prior to application, so we can show you all we have on offer:
Pupils who are fully engaged in their learning
Our supportive, creative and dynamic Senior Leadership Team, Governors and Trust Partners
An exceptionally well-resourced school in a brand new building
Tailor-made CDP opportunities to enhance your professional development
Supportive and enthusiastic parents
Please note, we do not accept CVs alone
