If so, we are looking for a Learning Support assstant to join one schools in Middlesbrough!
Role:
- Work with vulnerable children and adults with special educational needs including AD, ADHD, SEMH and more.
- The age range can vary, so being flexible with a range of ages is beneficial.
- Determined to help pupils develop and achieve the best of their ability.
- Build relationships and assist the development of pupils that require extra support.
- Create a supportive environment for young people and assist them to have access to learning and to interact with one another.
- Support pupils as a group and on a 1 to 1 basis.
- SEN or SEMH experience to suit diverse types of students and learning.
- A passion to help students that need extra assistance, have access to a suitable education.
- An overall cheerful outlook, enthusiasm, energy, and nurturing nature.
- Ability to differentiate various learning needs.
- Good written and verbal communication.
