Are you a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant seeking a fulfilling role in a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school?

We are currently seeking a qualified individual to join a SEN school located in Tower Hamlets, with an anticipated start date in mid-February.

The school caters to students across all Key Stages who possess Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) related to social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties, as well as various additional learning needs such as Autism and Moderate Learning Difficulties.

Key Learning Support Assistant Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized support to students, both individually and in small groups.
• Implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) effectively.
• Manage challenging behaviours with patience and empathy.
• Work closely with the class teacher, following their guidance and instructions.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is desirable.
• Relevant qualifications in education or related fields are advantageous.

Compensation:
Successful candidates will receive competitive daily rates ranging from £85 to £95.
