About the role The Additional Learning Support department is looking to recruit Learning Support Assistants to work cross college with learners with a range of learning difficulties and disabilities. You will support individual learners in class and online and work closely with tutors to ensure students’ success. You will work with learners to agree their support plans and monitor and review their progress. You will need to have experience of working face to face with learners and understand the challenges faced by individuals in accessing education. This post is subject to an Enhanced DBS check and children’s barred list check.
