Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with students as a Learning Support Assistant, providing individualised assistance.
• Collaborate with teachers and school staffs to implement Learning Support plans.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement.
• Provide one-on-one support to students, addressing specific learning needs.
• Assist in monitoring and documenting student progress, ensuring a holistic approach to education.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant is advantageous.
• Passion for supporting students' educational development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within an educational team.
