The Faculty of Health seeks to appoint a highly motivated and experienced Learning Technologist to play a vital role in developing the digital and pedagogical capabilities of staff and students and drive the development of technology enhanced health education.

Working with a pro-active and approachable team you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative and effective solutions to enhance the on-campus and online learning experience of our students in partnership with academic colleagues and team members. You will also be required to identify, pilot, develop and evaluate new technologies (such as mixed and immersive reality, artificial intelligence and game based and authentic learning platforms) whilst exploiting and keeping up to date with core educational technologies (such as VLEs, e-Portfolios and e-learning authoring packages).You will also provide expert advice, support, and training in the use of learning technology to staff and students.

You will have strong communication, interpersonal and team working skills and substantial experience of developing and promoting high quality and accessible blended learning experiences and resources.
