A highly successful international property consultancy has recently instructed Beach Baker to recruit a Lease Consultancy Surveyor to cover the South of UK and work out of their Bristol office on a hybrid basis.

Role features:

Key responsibilities:-

• Manage a portfolio of national clients across the southern region.
• Analyse and summarise lease agreements.
• Conduct property inspections and measurements.
• Prepare pre-negotiation reports for advisory services, compiling relevant evidence.
• Negotiate rent reviews, lease renewals, surrenders, and re-gears on behalf of clients (landlords or tenants depending on the situation).
• Generate reports for third-party referrals.
• Draft key terms for lease renewals.
• Oversee the progress of lease renewals by collaborating with appointed solicitors.
• Provide support to senior colleagues as required.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external contacts.
