Lease Negotiator

Then we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are looking for Lease Negotiator to join our expanding Property team based in our Cardiff Head Office.
If you’re a confident person who knows your selling capabilities, then this is the opportunity for you!
You will be responsible for negotiating new leases and lease renewals across our Retail store Estate.
This role will involve:
- Negotiating lease terms and conditions with landlords.
- Maintaining strong relationships with landlords, contract holders, and other stakeholders
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities and provide informed recommendations
- Staying up-to-date with industry regulations
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times.
You should:
- Be target driven and money motivated, with a focus on achieving and exceeding performance goals
- Have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with both landlords and colleagues
- Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Have a professional and personable disposition
- Have prior experience in sales or negotiations
- Previous experience in Property preferable but not essential
