Are you an experienced 2+ PQE Solicitor with experience of Leasehold enfranchisement and lease extension?
Our Legal 500 recognised Firm are seeking a Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor able to showcase excellent client care skills along with expert, up to date knowledge of Leasehold Law. This an exciting opportunity for a strong communicator, able to manage and develop an existing team and develop excellent client relationships.

What will be expected from you?
- Advising Landlords, Tenants and managing agents
- Collective enfranchisement
- Lease extensions
- Tenant’s right of first refusal
- Right to manage
- Leases and service charges
- Advice on breaches
- Applications to the relevant tribunal or court where necessary
- Managing and supervising Paralegals/Trainee solicitor who will assist you in your work and conduct their own caseload of lease extensions
- Taking responsibility, initially with the support of the Partner, for some business development, marketing and growth of the team and participating in marketing and networking activities
- Demonstrate an aptitude for business development
