Securing Futures

You’re definitely looking for variety in your next role as you’ll be working with customers as well as internal and external stakeholders too! With a range of tasks from developing policies and managing breach to leases to carrying our regular site visits you’ll be organised and self-motivated.

A few key points from our role profile
Carry out regular site visits and action any potential repairs to communal areas, and/or areas for improvements to groundworks and communal spaces.
Be responsible for third party estate management companies and ensuring they are delivering cost effective services for our customers.
Work with the Service Charge Accountant to ensure service charges are correctly applied to leases.
Dealing with customer boundary enquiries and neighbour/property matters.
Dealing with day-to-day enquiries (issuing copies of documents, amending agreements, clarifying repair responsibilities etc).
Managing breaches to leases (i.e., subletting).
Work with the Communities Housing Officer to ensure matters arising relating the to estate and or community (i.e., ASB) is reported and a collaborative approach is adopted to address issues in a timely manner.
