      The Opportunity
      :

      In this role, you will act as a positive role model for Arden University colleagues, demonstrating behaviours, skills, and attitude in accord with Arden University's academic strategy, and demonstrating leadership in learning, teaching and assessment approaches. In your role, you will develop, support and lead sessions that are engaging, practical, and research informed.

      Having an understanding of how APD practice enhances the teaching and learning experience for students at Arden University is valuable. Prior experience of undertaking or supporting teaching observations, AdvanceHE Professional Standards recognition schemes, and mentoring schemes is advantageous. We would welcome applicants who demonstrate a growth mindset and are excited to grow with Arden University.


      About You:

      First and foremost, you must be a highly motivated professional with a strong background in providing academic and Professional Development for staff. You will be educated to Master’s Degree or equivalent professional qualification. It would be highly desirable for the successful candidate to have experience of AdvanceHE professional recognition schemes. We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate their experience in confidently using digital tools and platform, creating engaging resources to support CPD sessions (online and in-person), sharing ideas and offering support to APD in meeting Arden University's priorities.

      You will be working with a small but highly experienced, passionate team.
