The Department of Engineering and Design at the University of Sussex is looking to appoint an Education and Scholarship Lecturer in the department of engineering with expertise in Product Design. The Department is part of the School of Engineering and Informatics, which delivers world-class research and high-quality teaching in automotive, electrical and electronic engineering, mechanical engineering, robotics, Product Design as well as in computer science. The successful applicant will be responsible for devising and delivering teaching for the Department in our BSc / BA Product Design module ‘Design for Industry’. We are looking for enthusiastic and adaptable individuals who will integrate easily into the department, able to take over various teaching roles on the start date above. Industry experience in the design, manufacture, specification and delivery of products from concept to customer delivery is essential.
