Lecturer - Engineering

Tresham College, are currently recruiting for a Lecturer (Teacher) of Engineering at our Corby Campus. Lecturers at Tresham , play a pivotal role in the success of our students through completing the following: To prepare, deliver and assess subject specialisms on a range of courses and levels. To support and guide students to achieve success and realise their potential. To manage students’ learning and provide a high quality learning experience. Ideal candidates will have experience of successful experience of providing training, assessing and/or education to young people and/or adults, alongside the following qualifications: Recognised Teacher Qualification (PGCE, CertEd, QTS) Level 3 relevant qualifications GSCE Maths and English (grades A – C) or equivalent Experience of teaching/working in an engineering environment Assessor award Successful candidates must also be able to demonstrate alignment to our organisational VISION values: Valuing Teamwork - We are one team who by working together can achieve great things, respecting the opinion and valuing the contribution each of us makes. About Tresham College Tresham College has three main sites in Corby, Kettering and Wellingborough, each with impressive modern buildings.  Across our sites we offer a range of subjects including art & design, construction, engineering, motor vehicle, hairdressing and beauty therapy and more in support of our local communities.
