About the Role As Lecturer in Assessment, you will be required to make a significant contribution to the delivery of our medicine and medicine associate programmes, contributing to the work of the assessment team with particular emphasis on the development, delivery, marking and analysis of examinations.  You will also contribute to teaching and other areas of our core curriculum depending on your areas of expertise and experience. We would particularly welcome candidates with a background in biomedical science, statistics, epidemiology or psychology. You will be expected to contribute to scholarly activities or to the research activities of one of our Research Units. Very good teaching experience on undergraduate programmes is essential. A background in educational assessment and/or psychometrics within health programmes with supporting qualifications and experience would be an advantage. To be successful you will further enrich our student’s experience through your expertise and subject knowledge as evidenced through your qualifications and experience.
