Position:Engineering Lecturer - Full teacher training & qualifications provided!
Salary:£29,820 - £36,749 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Location: Sheffield
Hours:37 Hours per week x 52 Weeks per year

About the Role

You'll be teaching committed engineering students who have already progressed from entry-level courses in a fast-paced & exciting environment, while also engaging with industry-leading development to take your career to the next level.
If you come from industry, we have all the resources to fully support your transition into teaching and are looking for people just like you to pass your skills on and unlock opportunities for the next generation of young Engineers.
We have an extremely talented staff force made up of people from multiple disciplines, so applications will be considered from all fields of engineering!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering hands-on Engineering content to learners at a range of levels
  • Getting involved with exciting initiatives like student visit programmes, such as the Turing exchange scheme and working with key local and regional companies
  • Engaging with both academy and cross-college CPD to improve your teaching and learning practices, as well as programmes with industry to ensure your knowledge is up to date
Skills & Knowledge

  • Have relevant qualifications & industry experience in Engineering
