An exciting opportunity has emerged to join our Health and Social Care team to deliver a range of qualifications including the new T Levels in Health and Health Science. Bath College is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic lecturer with proven industry experience to join our journey to deliver high quality teaching, learning and assessment to adults and young people.

The College is excited to be able to offer this role, we are looking for someone that has knowledge and skills relevant to the Health Science sector to support our students in their chosen career across the Health sector.

Bath College work in collaboration with a network of local sector professionals and practitioners to provide exciting opportunities for adults and young people. Focusing on the development of key employability skills to ensure successful careers in the health and social care sector.

You will need to possess excellent communication, demonstrate proven experience of delivery good or outstanding learning experiences, demonstrate a creative and innovate approach to teaching, learning and assessment. You should demonstrate a good understanding of the structure of BTEC Health & Social Care, while having relevant and recent sector workplace experience. You will also be responsible for progress reviewing, pastoral care, employer engagement and promoting the College to aid further growth of provision.
