Full time starting salary is normally in the range of: Lecturer: £48,039 to £57,797 per annum with potential progression to £70,000 per annum Senior Lecturer: £60,099 to £69,505 per annum with potential progression to £85,000 per annum Location: Cranfield, Bedfordshire We welcome applications from individuals to join the Cranfield Safety and Accident Investigation Centre, as either a Lecturer or Senior Lecturer for the development and delivery of high-quality teaching and consultancy in the subject of Airworthiness. About the Role The successful candidate will be able to develop and deliver training to industry delegates and to teach at a postgraduate level. Many of our learners are highly-experienced and consequently demand up-to-date and industry-relevant education. To deliver this, we would expect successful applicants to demonstrate an appropriate balance of industrial experience in the principles of airworthiness and teaching OR research capability (for example through a higher degree). About You The successful candidate will hold a master’s degree in safety, reliability or a related field OR you will have significant experience in a relevant field.  For appointment at Senior Lecturer, you will hold a PhD in Airworthiness or a related field.
