Lecturer or Senior Lecturer in Cooperatives/Democratic Management and Organisation (Teaching and Research) School of Business
Grade 8 or 9 depending on level and experience
We are seeking an exceptional candidate to join our experienced and ambitious academic staff to work together in providing excellent professional education and transform lives through their teaching, research and public engagement activities.
We would love to hear from you if you have an internationally recognised research portfolio in this area, are publishing in leading international journals, are actively pursuing funding whilst building impactful collaborative links with industrial and business partners and if you have a passion for progressing teaching and learning.
The successful candidate would be expected to take on leadership roles within the discipline and school and to take an active role in the teaching, design and leadership of our postgraduate and undergraduate programmes, and any new programmes we will develop in the field. We are particularly interested in receiving applications from candidates with a background specifically focusing on areas critical to cooperatives/democratic management and organisation and their multifaceted landscape.
