About Us The Royal Docks School of Business and Law (RDSBL) is committed to providing high quality, innovative, relevant, and research-led teaching experience which attracts, engages, and develops students, supporting their academic achievement and professional ambitions. The Institute of Hospitality, Events and Tourism within RDSBL offers courses expertly designed to give students the skills and experience that employers need. Students are assessed in ways that reflect the real world of business, gain hands-on experience, and learn from industry experts. The Institute also has a strong research base. About the Job The postholder will benefit our students by providing high quality, innovative and engaging teaching, research, enterprise and/or professional activity as a member of the teaching team and in collaboration with others. About You The ideal candidate will be resilient, flexible, self-motivated, goal and outcome orientated with a genuine drive to constantly improve curriculum content and delivery to optimise the learner experience. You will have experience of curriculum design and development using blended and inclusive strategies and learning methods to balance practical relevance and academic rigour in curriculum delivery, maximising the learning experience, as well as a Masters degree in a relevant subject and/or extensive industry experience.
