Legal And Contracts Manager

Your new company
Our client is an international organisation which offers services in inspection, certification and supporting services in a broad variety of markets and they are looking for an experienced in-house legal professional to join them in their Gloucestershire office as a Legal and Contracts Manager.
Your new role
In your brand-new role, you will play a key part in contract management where you will be working to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's commercial activities. You will be taking part in stakeholder management and will be leading their contract and commercial services in order to ensure the best results to all their internal and external stakeholders. You will be getting involved in the negotiation of contracts along with commercial and legal support along with supporting the company's commercial and legal M&A activities.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to have relevant contract drafting and management experience which would set you up for an in-house setting. You will need a strong understanding of commercial and corporate law with great negotiation skills along with experience balancing the needs of customers, shareholders, and employees.
