As a Private Client Legal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our private client team. You’ll work closely with solicitors, clients, and other legal professionals to ensure the smooth operation of our private client department. Responsibilities- Client Communication: Liaise with clients, manage appointments, and provide excellent customer service.
- Document Preparation: Assist in drafting wills, trusts, and other legal documents.
- Case Management: Maintain accurate records, organize files, and manage deadlines.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct legal research, analyse case law, and prepare summaries.
- Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks such as billing, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Experience: Previous experience in a legal support role preferred.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
