Legal Contracts Administrator – Temporary –Warrington - 3 Month contract – PAYE Pay Rate: £229.52 – per day - Umbrella £285.71 per day – Offering Hybrid Working 3 days per week on site based in Warrington – Flexible Hours

Reed Talent Professionals are partnering with a large public sector organisation based in Warrington (with parking) they are currently recruiting for a Legal Contracts Administration for a 3 - month contract to start ASAP.

• Are you a paralegal, legal administrator, trainee solicitor or contract manager looking for your temp temporary opportunity?

The successful candidate will work within the commercial team, contracting for partnerships and innovation.

Duties:

• Reviewing, negotiating, and drafting contracts 
• Stakeholder engagement – internal and external
• Ensuring compliance and managing risk 
• Working on multiple projects

Knowledge and Skills:

• Proficient legal drafting skills
• Either legal or procurement background
• Attention to detail
• Negotiation and Resolution skills
• Organisation skills
• Working knowledge of regulated procurement and contract law

Desirable

Public Sector / UCR knowledge – Procurement / Utility Contract Regulation / Public Contract Regulation
Commercial Legal knowledge e.g., IPR – (Intellectual Property Rights) and Indemnities
