JOB TITLE:        Legal Conveyancing Assistant
EXPERIENCE:   2+ years’ experience
LOCATION:       West Yorkshire
SALARY:           Up to c£26,000 DOE
OVERVIEW:
•Assist solicitors in managing a caseload of conveyancing transactions from initial instruction to completion.
•Prepare and draft legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage deeds.
•Conduct property searches and ensure all necessary checks are completed.
•Provide general administrative support to the conveyancing team.
•2 + years’ experience working in a similar role within a legal environment.
•Possibility of home working after probation period
