Legal Counsel | 12-Month Ftc

Taylor Root is working with a terrific business within the automotive industry, who are looking to hire a Legal Counsel on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

Reporting into the Head of Legal, this is a broad in-house role where you will be responsible for the following:

• Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, and providing support for contractual queries.
• Supporting on the contract lifecycle, and co-ordinating with different parties.
• Providing support on projects as and when they come up.
• Conducting research on matters including Compliance, Data Protection, Litigation, and Intellectual Property.

This would suit someone who is keen to work within a lean legal team and gain strong exposure to a wide range of legal matters.

Experience required:

• Ideally, at least 1 year's PQE.
• Strong commercial awareness, and good attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonnel skills.
• Proactive, flexible attitude.
