- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts and agreements
- Identifying legal risks and providing strategic advice to mitigate potential issues
- Developing and implementing risk management strategies and policies
- Managing and coordinating legal actions, disputes, and litigation, working closely with external counsel
- Assisting in corporate governance matters
- Developing and updating company policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and alignment with best practices
- Protecting intellectual property rights and managing trademark and patent applications
