Position: Legal Counsel, Employment Law
Salary: Up to 60,000 per annum, plus bonus and benefits
Location: Northampton Region, Hybrid - 2 days a month office based

Our client is seeking a dynamic individual to join our clients in-house legal team in providing expert guidance on non-contentious and contentious employment law matters. The position offers excellent remote working with two days a month in the office and a competitive salary and package of up to 60,000 per annum, along with additional bonus and benefits.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on employment law matters to HR, Health and Operational teams.
- Review and advise on employee relations matters, redundancies, changing terms and conditions of employment, policies and procedures, TUPE, and employee rights.
- Draft legal documentation including ET3s, Grounds of Resistance, Witness Statements, Tribunal Bundles, Settlement Agreements, and COT3 Agreements.
- Develop specialist training programs for HR teams on emerging legal issues and updates.
- Provide regular updates on employment law developments.
- Represent the organisation in Employment Tribunal Hearings, Judicial Mediation's, and any Small Claims Court proceedings.
What We Are Looking For:
- UK qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years' experience specialising in employment law, with an In-House or Private Practice background.
- Ability to communicate complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organised.
- Excellent time management.
Salary & Benefits:
- Base salary up to 60,000.00 per annum.
