Salary Position: Qualified Legal Counsel Solicitor (Hybrid working)
Location: Renfrewshire, Scotland
Salary: £35,000 to £50,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus benefits

FINTEC Recruit is working with an international engineering/energy client based in Renfrewshire, Scotland, seeking a dynamic and motivated Qualified Legal Counsel Solicitor to join their team. This is a permanent position with an attractive salary range and benefits package.
Responsibilities:
* Provide legal, contractual, and compliance support to the organization
* Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts, including exceptions for client and supplier contracts
* Offer guidance on intellectual property protection and management
* Assist with various agreements, manage litigations, disputes, claims, and oversee external counsel
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Qualified Solicitor/Lawyer with PQE experience (Scotland/England/Wales)
* Strong knowledge of contract and commercial law
* Ability to provide pragmatic legal advice within complex business contexts
Desirable:
* Experience in contract and commercial law within in-house or private practice settings
* Familiarity with legal compliance and intellectual property matters
