Brand new role within a leading US Law firm in the city! A premium law firm seeks a capable Legal PA with Corporate/Finance/Banking experience. The firm are described as down to earth, fun and an encouraging environment which is proven with monthly team lunches, fully paid by the firm!
Location: City, walking distance of Liverpool St
This role is supporting 2 Senior Finance Partners as well as having delegating tasks appropriate to more junior members of staff and work flow coordination.
The starting salary is £55,000 + 2 days WFH
Duties include:
- Scheduling appointments / coordinating meetings
- Extensive diary management
- Check emails whilst Partner is travelling
- Create PowerPoint presentations for pitches
- Lots of BD involvement
- Arrange international travel
- Process time sheets / billing statements
- Typing / amending legal documents
