Legal Officer

£36,562 - £38,459 per annum (inclusive of London Fringe Weighting)
Based in Hemel Hempstead at The Forum (Hybrid working considered)
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a qualified Lawyer (Solicitor, FCILEX or an experienced conveyancer or paralegal) to join our well regarded, professional and friendly legal team on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will have knowledge and experience of undertaking a wide range of conveyancing work including commercial and non-commercial transactions, and be able to work on his/her initiative and give advice on a wide range of legal issues. Experience of planning and local authority housing would be an advantage combined with a flexible “can-do” attitude and enthusiasm for learning new areas of Local Government law.
